Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER?

As most items are MADE TO ORDER, we have a turnaround time of 2 weeks to dispatch. 
We do have a small amount of READY TO SHIP items that you can find under the shop sections, and these will be posted out within 2 business days.

If your order contains both MADE TO ORDER and READY TO SHIP items then this will be sent as one order and will be on a 2 week turnaround to dispatch.

Q. HOW IS MY PARCEL SENT?

Most orders are shipped by Royal Mail.  Any large orders, or single items larger than a small parcel size (E.g. Mugs) will be sent by Evri. 

You have the option at checkout to select the service you require (1st or 2nd Class, International Standard or International Tracked & Signed)

Q. HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

UK Delivery for an order value of under £50 is £2.99. 

All UK Orders over £50 are FREE delivery. Most orders will be sent 2nd Class by Royal Mail.  Any large orders, or single items larger than a small parcel size (E.g. Mugs) will be sent by Evri. 

International Standard Delivery for an order value of under £50 is £10.50. 

International Standard Delivery for an order value of over £50 is £8.50.

These are standard prices, you have the option at checkout to upgrade if you require a quicker delivery service. 

Q. WHO PAYS IMPORT CHARGES? 

ALL import charges and taxes on orders for outside of the UK are to be covered by the customer, this includes returns and exchanges. 

Q. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER? 

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. 

Q. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?

Q. RETURNS & REFUNDS? 

If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. You will get a full refund on the item, minus delivery charges. 

Your return will only be accepted if the item(s) have not been worn or washed, and they are still in the same condition we sent them out in. 

We cannot accept returns on any personalised orders, or items that have been adjusted / modified to your specifications. 

If you receive an item that is faulty, or not up to our standards of quality then please email us at jane@bethbob.co.uk as soon as possible, where we will be able to offer a full refund or exchange of product. 

Q. CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER? 

Yes! If there is something specific you would like, then please email us at jane@bethbob.co.uk and we will try out best to create an order just for you.
